why do people donate more money to the rspca than to the rspcc

It seems that in Britain, the public prefer to give money for the cats and dogs, than to World poverty or childrens charities. I make a conscious effort to help the up and coming future, in England, Africa and the Caribbean Islands by sending regular donations to the primary and secondary schools as that is my choice, But I ask every body reading this what do you do? Do you talk (blog) about how bad it is or do you do something about it?

QUESTION.
How can giving monies to charities etc really be beneficial to making change when the majority of what we buy into exploits these very countries and its people.TOURISM-FASHION-EDUCATION or lack of it-( what are we being educated about-knowledge and life skills or in-fed-mation to benefit the minority.Why should we have to donate the money we slave to make as workers when there is no reason in this day and age for there to be such hardship suffered across the world. When visiting the amazon rain forest the peolpe there do not understand the concept of money there is no need for it yet they live happy fulfilled lives. By giving money are we then not helping the cycle we are trying to break.
FACT COLOMBIA WAS JUST GIVEN 500 MILLION IN AID BY USA-460 MILLION WAS SPENT ON 12 BLACKHAWK HELICOPTERS GIVEN TO AN AMERICAN BASED ARMY IN COLOMBIA.
Are 'they' trying to make us feel responsible ? Are we all so asleep that we cannot see?Does giving to charity really help others or does it just make us feel better.In no way am i trying to undermind those who give to charity i just ask is this truely the way forward. Perhaps donating or time-enery would be more beneficial-If we had any time or enery left after or routines of 9-5pm/ 2.4 kids and te-lie-vision.discuss

the key to this matter is this:
if we stop perceiving ourselves as egos,accepting instead that we are fields of energy, then not only will we have to change the way we view reality,our way of behaving in it we will change as well.As egos we feel compelled to defend and re affirm an enormous number of actions in the name of ego:as fields of energy on the other hand, our attention must be placed on how we use this energy,on whether it is increasing or decreasing. DISCUSS
Remember everything we do requires energy.
